FISHING WATERS HELP
Below are names and email addresses of OPTU members who have kindly agreed to share their fishing waters’ knowledge with members who have not fished such waters before and are looking for advice. We all know that good first leads about where and when to fish, or where to stay can make the trip easier and more enjoyable. The list is alphabetical by state. Several foreign locations are also included. You are given the name of your OPTU colleague and his email address. We suggest that if you want advice about one of the areas or rivers on the list, first get in touch with the named colleague by email and then make arrangements to talk to him by phone.
The Board thanks the members who have volunteered to help out. It also encourages members not yet on this list, to email the names of waters and/or regions about which they have knowledge that they would be happy to share. Please email such information to Stan Vanagunas, vanagunas@msn.com

FOREIGN WATERS

Additionally, and courtesy of an OPTU flyfisher Don Maggert, there is a disc containing articles pulled from the Web about fly fishing some thirty well-regarded Western rivers (Mostly in Colorado and Montana as well as a few from Idaho and Utah.) Send me a name of the river and I will check to see if it is on Don’s disc and if so, I will forward you the write-up. (Stan Vanagunas, vanagunas@msn.com)
