Name:Black Buzzer Type:Nymph Comments:This is a midge pattern which is very common when fishing stillwaters in the UK. It is generally fished on a long leader and floating line, or sometimes on an intermediate sinking line. It is incredibly easy to tie, and is of Recipe:Wind black thread down the hook (can be a standard nymph hook or a caddis pupa pattern as shown here). Wind thread down onto the bend of the hook, and then tie in a piece of fine silver wire for the rib. Wind the thread back | | | |
